If you want to feed them directly, go for the clay-blooming cultures. Just lightly mist every few days, but be careful not to overwater the clay. You can feed them by sprinkling a tiny amount of Brewer's Yeast.
Choose the charcoal starter cultures for a natural detritus management boost in your vivarium. Add them directly to your enclosure, and let them grow in number to maintain a balanced environment.
