Shipping Policy

Products

USA: 1-2 Business Day processing time, followed by a 5-7 Business Day delivery time.
 
International: 3-4 weeks after orders are placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Weekends do not count as business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us. Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

Damages

Geckopia will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Geckopia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Geckopia may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Geckopia accepts no responsibility for orders that are placed with incorrect addresses. If an error was made on the address you used, please contact us immediately to change it before your order gets shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can change your address, but the quicker you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make that change.

Live reptiles

USA: All reptiles are ship only between Monday- Thursday

International: All export shipments are set differently each month. When you place an order, we will send you a next export date through the email.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee on all of our animals. We also guarantee the sex of the animal to match what was stated at the time the animal was purchased only if this rules are followed.

  • The buyer or a member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt (Fedex provides time of delivery stamp).
  • A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
  • Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F for reptilles and under 40°F or over 85°F for isopods .
  • Animals held for pickup at a Fedex location must be picked up by the customer on the same day as arrival. (Photo Id must be provided and match the name used for shipping)
  •  A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being entered during checkout.
  • Any Live Arrival Guarantee requests must be made within 30 minutes of the package being dropped off by FedEx or 30 minutes of package being picked up at Hub if Hold For Pickup option was used.

Return live animals?
