After placing your order, you will receive an email within 24 to 48 business hours to schedule your shipment. You may also request to have your package held at the nearest FedEx hub for pickup if that is more convenient for you.

In the event that a reptile arrives deceased, we will issue store credit for the full purchase value of the animal, applicable toward any future order. This applies to shipped orders only.
