If your animal friend does not like the product or if it's damaged, we are happy to issue you a store credit when reported within 14 days of receipt.

Please provide a video, showing their dissatisfaction with the product along with the description clearly illustrating the issue. Send us an email to to get confirmed for the store credit.

If the package has been lost, we give 50% store credit to repurchase the item.
