If your animal friend does not like the product or if it's damaged, we are happy to issue you a store credit when reported within 14 days of receipt.
Please provide a video, showing their dissatisfaction with the product along with the description clearly illustrating the issue. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get confirmed for the store credit.
If the package has been lost, we give 50% store credit to repurchase the item.
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
