Today the replacement for my cracked dig box arrived. Customer service was courteous and helpful, and the packaging for this dig box had more wrapping to better protect it this time. There's not a single crack on the box itself, yay! The only reason I'm giving this four stars is because the finish on the lid is a bit messy, and has scratches/marks along the side and top. I know my sweet girl will love this either way and this seems like a minor enough detail not to send it back, but felt worth noting. Still very excited to let her explore her new hide.
